GBGBthe property itself was ok, but the hall way and entrance was not well kept at all.
we left the property and did not stay the night, the was terrible nose from the roof space which we thought was rats.
GBthere was no breakfast so nothing can be said about breakfast.

GBLoved the location, although if you approach on a bike, the sat nav wanted to take us off piste, great to be so near to that beautiful park, a lovelyThai restaurant down the road, supermarket conveniently nearby. We loved the view from the balcony window and spent hours just sitting there at breakfast staring over the hills. Flat was lovely, clean and comfortable, spacious and just very pleasant to be inside. It was great value for money. Definitely a character property!
We couldn't get the TV to work. Maybe add some long life milk to kitchen so can have brew on arrival? The rest of the house is not too clean, stairwell carpet needs a good send off, and outside the gardens are looking a bit rough. This doesn't matter when you get inside flat, but it does make you a bit apprehensive on the way in.

The double bed was not attached to the bed frame at the left handside, the screws in the settee were coming out on the left hand side. There was nothing to dry dishes and there was no salt and pepper. The list of glasses in the kitchen has not been updated for some items that are no longer there. I was the youngest person there and a rather unfit 60 years old, the oldest being 77 and the small set of stairs were a killer. I relooked at the advert on booking.com and it does not tell you anywhere about the stairs, I'm fact the part I found said it was on the ground floor. Although the apart was clean the outside of the property and the communal area leave a lot to be desired and we almost turned around when we first arrived to go and book a hotel.
