Apartamento amplio

Es una casa en una carretera, está a las afueras del pueblo. Edificio muy antiguo, al apartamento se accede por unas escaleras sucias que llevan a un rellano ( una puerta de un vecino con bolsas de basura) el apartamento no estaba muy limpio, había bastantes telarañas

L’entrée par l’escalier extérieur était très très sale, poubelle débordante, papiers à terre... envie de faire demi-tour...

The only advantages of the accommodation are free parking across the street and three fans in the apartment, a large supply of toilet paper.

The apartment is very dirty and neglected. There's mold on the bathroom walls. The shower overflows and floods the entire bathroom. The kitchen is unusable; there was no way to turn on the stove. The apartment is riddled with cobwebs, spiders, and dust. There's no air conditioning, making the apartment unbearably hot in the summer. Entering the apartment is unpleasant—through the back of the restaurant, the stairs to the apartment stink, and garbage bags litter the floor.

Appartamento sporco e privo di biancheria e carta igienica.

Property has a nice vibe overall. There is a big public parking on the other side of the road. The flat itself was OK. Nice decor, but it require some refreshment. It is right above a restaurant (fully booked when we were there).

Next to rather busy road. When it is warm (no AC), with open windows you wake up multiple times at night due to passing by cars.

The house is spacious and well equipped, we didn't miss anything during our 2-nights stay. Building itself is in the outskirts of the small town of Albiate, but center of the town is easily reachable by a 15-minute walk. There is a very nice restaurant next door, a bit on the costly side, but quite delicious. House looks quite authentic, wifi was good, communication with the owner and check-in/check-out process were smooth.

Noting, all was ok.
