The view and the house is beautiful

It could have been better set up before we arrived … like there were no bath mats; no dust bins in all bathrooms/room. The room in the ground floor was very stuffy and not well kept( cleaning could have been better). There was no cleaner for all 3 days we stayed nor they changed our towels.
