"Comfortable and friendly, good AC, a lovely stay"

Timber beams 100s of years old, but updated space with nice bathroom and ACFresh pastries from a local bakery and a personal shelf in the fridge for our family with yogurt and juice. Clean and nicely renovated with a small communal kitchen with enough to prep snacks for hungry teens. Good location in the center of old town. Absolutely worth visiting the Etruscan sites, accessible ancient history in a friendly medieval town

Not surprisingly, a cobblestone hike from the car park outside the walls--pack light or bring teenagers to carry the bags

"Federica took extra care to make my stay easy and very enjoyable."

It was lovely to have my choice of fresh cornetto (croissant) waiting for me when I woke up. There are excellent restaurants within a short walk, and the area is very quiet… I enjoyed the sounds of birds and church bells.
