Saracens Head The Annex

Friendly staff and pub - nice location.

The location was in a good spot for us .To go down sea lane directly to our destination in chapel st leonards.

The main light in the room not very bright, had to use both table lamps as Well as main light

We loved how cosy it was and the pub was great next door,with a lovely log burner the manager was so welcoming ,thankyou

I had booked a very small room but was upgraded to a much larger room with a cosy seating area.

Not keen on having to leave a £100 deposit after paying upfront on booking, but I guess this may be a decision made through owners past experience?

Parking was good. The room had everything we needed- was clean, had a fidge&microwave in the room. It was quiet, even though its next to the pub. It was on the ground floor, so ideal if wanting/needing somewhere without steps. Didn't use the WiFi as used our own mobile data.

Maybe a fan when it's warm, we had the door open but couldn't leave it open during the night, and it was quite hot in the room (although it was a particular hot weekend weather wise, so that didn't help)

Excellent services very clean, spacious. I would highly recommend

How friendly the hosts were, the room was lovely and comfortable, very spacious.

There wasn't a single thing we didn't like.
