WIFI is fast (connected my mobile, not tried on laptop though) Contact is easy to deal with. Location is good. Near Lucena High School. We are lucky because it was a holiday when we booked the place as normally it was a one-way street to the accommodation.

Bathroom- The drain in the is kinda confusing and it's slow absorbing the water out. Also, no trash bin inside the toilet
