Reibungsloser Ablauf, gute Anweisungen, den Schlüssel zur Wohnung zu erhalten. Relativ gute Lage und sehr ruhig.

Es gibt eigentlich keine Parkplätze. Man muss in die nahegelegene Parkgarage (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß) ausweichen. Und: in diesen engen Gassen möchte ich mein Auto gar nicht abstellen.
