Apartment is nice and clean.

the apartment is COLD, it is barely heated and there are very cold tiles everywhere but not even slippers provided. The host was very difficult with demands made 2 hours before entering, no info provided before reserving this location which was NOT REFUNDABLE AND EXPENSIVE for what it is offering. The tax city it is asked in cash, i don't know if it is the law, but encourage corruption, the location isn't so great, the area isn't so nice or clean, but it is not so far from downtown by foot (less than 2 km). THE PARKING IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIFING, EVEN THOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED THAT IT IS FREE, IT WAS NOT SPECIFIED IT IS ON THE STREET, WHERE YOU DO NOT FIND ANY. EVERY PLACE IS TAKEN, THERE ARE A LOT OF CARS. The television has netflix but is put in SLOVENIAN, and you can't change the settings, and you don't understand anything. The lift is between floors, so you still have to go up stairs at least 2 flights of stairs. The city is on some hills, so by foot it is very tiering, you have to go up and down a lot. Also you have access to the aprtm. at 4pm, very late and have to go out at 10 am. There is no beach, it is only the port installations. and a little opening to the see where is the city downtown. The value for this is 2.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die wir nicht persönlich getroffen haben, war soweit gut. Auch hatten sie uns Tips für die Stadt zugeschickt, sowohl für Sight-seeing, als auch gastronomische, die nützlich waren.

Die Ein-und Auscheckzeiten in der Unterkunft sind mit ab 16h und 10h doch etwas restriktiv. Auf Rückfrage und Bitte konnten wir die Unterkunft dann zwar gegen 14.30h beziehen, ein etwas größerer zeitrahmen wäre aber ganz schön. Die Lage der Wohnung ist doch etwas abseits vom Geschehen und in einem Wohnviertel, das sehr einfach ist. Sie ist per Bus vom Zentrum aus allerdings in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, zu Fuß dauert es mindestens 30 Minuten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere die Kücheneinrichtung war eher spärlich und einfach, Geschirr und Gläser limitiert. Hier ließe sich von Gastgeberseite ohne größeren Aufwand für mehr Bequemlichkeit sorgen. Zwar gab es eine kleine Kaffeemaschine für (abgezählte!) Kapseln. Die sonst in Italien omnipräsente Espressokanne fehlte jedoch leider. Nach´ts wurde es im november z.T. schon recht kalt, deswegen wäre es schön gewesen, wenn wir die Heizung auf kleiner Stufe hätten in Gang setzten können.

con la macchina a gpl non potevo usare il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento molto comodo lì vicino quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare un pò ogni sera per trovare un posto

Το διαμέρισμα είναι μεγάλο, άνετο και καθαρό Σε ήσυχη περιοχή, όχι μακρυά από το κέντρο. O Gabriele έκανε τα πάντα για να είναι η διαμονή μου εύκολη και ευχάριστη, με σαφείς οδηγίες πως θα βρω και θα μπω στο διαμέρισμα. Αν ξαναβρεθώ στην Τεργέστη θα χαρώ να μείνω ξανά εκεί! Grazie Gabriele!

Totul. Apartament curat si bine utilat, patul foarte confortabil. Situat langa magazine si la cateva minute de statia de autobuz. Carolina este super, foarte amabila si iti raspunde imediat la orice problema. Este parcare gratuita in zona, e de cautat, dar am gasit in fiecare seara. Recomand cu drag!

Nu am nimic de reprosat

El departamento era confortable. La cocina bien equipada aunque la mesada es un poco chica para cocinar. Limpieza muy bien. Dormitorio amplio con una cama cómoda. Está un edificio cuyo elevador para en los entrepisos : esto significa que ud tiene que subir un lanzo de escaleras (o bajarlo) segun donde ses su departamento. Nada especial, aunque con maletas grandes requiere algun esfuerzo. Esto también puede estar relacionado con la extraña ubicación de las ventanas que estan mas cerca del piso que del techo (por lo menos en el dpto 17, que fué el que ocupamos). Lo mas extremo es la dificultad para estacionar, un problema en toda Trieste. A unos 400 m hay un parking cubierto por 17 euros por dia.

Estubo todo basante bien. Algunas caras extrañas en el barrio aunque nosostros no hemos tenido problemas. El asunto del elevador que para en los entrepisos es algo que nunca habia visto pero lo peor es el estacionamiento, sin duda.
