"Bad experience stay in Cameron Highlands"

The location of the property

We were there for 4 days without hot shower, the water hitter was not working at all, the washer machine water is dripping from the tap, and no dryer, how this owner expects us to dry our clothes, not even drying rack in the house, not enough toilet rolls as well and cheap toilet roll. Towel is smelly, too, not impressed at all with our stay here.

Location is good. Convennient and accessible to many tourist spots.

Water heater (main) not well functioned as well as the unpleasant condition of the chocked toilet bowl (main).

Great location with an easy check-in and check-out process. The apartment is spacious, and the balcony view is superb. The sunrise in the morning is definitely the highlight of this place.

The floor mat under the pool table feels unnecessary and makes the space look a bit tacky. The water heater also works intermittently, which could be improved. Cleanliness can be improved as well.
