My stay was awful. The water heater was unreliable from the first day, and by the second day, both heaters had completely stopped working. Additionally, the dining area and pool table lights went out when we returned home and turned on the lights, forcing us to dine in the living area and preventing us from playing pool. The host initially offered a full refund but then changed their mind, blaming us for supposedly overusing the power—a totally ridiculous excuse! We only used the TV and lights. On top of that, there was no microwave, the bidet was unusable in the master bath because it was missing its head, and there was no toilet paper in either bathroom. We even had to leave early because we couldn’t shower for two days and had to return home to Kuala Lumpur just to bathe. This unit should be removed from the booking platform, and the ratings are entirely misleading.
