Relaxing one bed studio

A private, quiet & comfortable studio that was perfect for us while our house was being renovated. Excellent location with a short walk into Shoreham. Friendly & receptive hosts.

Clean, all that we needed including parking space.

No view out of the window.

Lovely spacious place and hosts were lovely! It was spotless and our little dog was made very welcome :)

The only little thing I would say is it would have been nice to have some milk to go with the teabags and coffee provided but that is a tiny thing :) also very warm in there so would be good to have a fan to plug in by the bed if needed.

The property was easy to find and ideally located for Shoreham so we were able to park up the car and walk. Correspondence with the hosts was prompt and easy, and it was good to meet John. We would thoroughly recommend this studio, which was larger than expected from the pictures!

Location quietness

The accommodation was clean and tidy and a perfect size for 2 people. John the host was very helpful. He helped with things we needed but didn't intrude upon our time. The key to the property was easy to access and when we opened the door we felt immediately at home. We had everything we could have possibly needed including milk, sugar, tea and coffee as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Towels were large and fluffy and the bed was comfortable. It was dog friendly with a park less than 5 minutes walk away and Mill Hill nature reserve just a 5 minute drive (20 minutes walk). Our dog enjoyed both places.

We had no complaints about this property.
