However the aircond was very warm😅 hopefully the owner could service the aircond as I bring kids to the homestay and the kids could not sleep because the room was quite hot even though we’ve turned on the ac at the lowest.

The house area is pretty quiet, and OKU friendly also since my brother is in a wheelchair. The house facilities are quite good, the air-conditioning is super cool, the bathroom is super clean and they also provide general water, a water heater and also refreshments for us.
I don't like the hassle of communicating via WhatsApp and also transferring the deposit before check-in and on the deposit to refund after check-out. it gives me so much hassle to follow up and creates some insecurities for frequent travelers like me. Coz for me, once everything is been paid (especially via CC), all is done from our end without so much hassle. That is why we are using Booking, A**B**, A***a and etc. Not contact directly to the owner directly via fewer security channels i.e. F***B***, I*, etc.
