They didn't provide any break fast. Location is also good. Every thing is okay but they could not provide grace period of atleast an hour after my check out time

At 08.30 am I have asked for one hour grace period due to an important meeting in the university nearby after my check out time 12 noon at reception. The lady receptionist didn't accept it. Then I have given the key to put the luggage at reception at noon. I have astonished to see my luggage in the reception at 9 am itself 3 hours before my check out time and started cleaning the room when I came back after finishing a work out side at 9.30 am. I couldn't use the rest room. This type of attitude doesn't look fair. They would have done this only after 12 PM.
