La Terrazza di Andreina

The apartment is wonderful; spacious, clean with the most amazing view. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance. Highly recommended. The host, Valentino was very helpful, always there when we had questions.

Appartement spacieux avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur la mer depuis le dernier étage ! La plage est juste devant l’immeuble. À 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le concierge sur place est réactif et professionnel.

La climatisation ne marchait pas et il faisait plus de 30 degrés dans l’appartement…

Die Unterkunft war für die Lage sehr gut gelegen, direkt am Strand mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Die Wohnung war für vier Personen ausreichend. Jedoch gibt es einige Dinge in der Wohnung die man ändern sollte. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist herrlich und die Lage ist für die Verhältnisse ruhig. Man hat alles direkt um die Ecke .

Bereis als wir angekommen sind teilte uns der Vermieter mit, dass die Rollläden im "Wintergarten" nicht wirklich funktionieren. Wir mussten uns selbst helfen und alles mit Tüchern abhängen damit die Hitze nicht reinkommt. Zudem war es sehr schade, dass es außer dem Sofa wenig andere Sitzgelegenheiten in der Wohnung gibt, man könnte hier bei weitem mehr aus der Wohnung machen. Die Küche ist so für 3-4 Personen nicht wirklich geeignet. Es fehlt hier deutlich an Ausstattung (es gibt nur 2 Töpfe und 3 Pfannen) der Herd an sich ist nicht gut, weil es kein integriert Herd in der Küche ist. Es ist lediglich eine Kochplatte. Sobald man 2 Sachen drauf stehen hat, geht regelmäßig der Strom aus. Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber und die Dusche läuft nicht ab. Auch in den anliegenden Schlafzimmern wäre es schön wenn es nicht nur ein Doppelbett, sonder ein weiteres gegeben hätte. Die Wohin ist für das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall viel zu Teuer! Der Komfort ist nicht gut.

The apartment has fantastic views and is located in the best area of Savona. The elevator opens directly into the apartment which makes it very comfortable. The central air conditioning is fantastic and very well regulated.

Although the apartment is very spacious the spaces are poorly utilized with a sofa overlooking the wall instead of taking advantage of the sea views. The winter garden on the terrace is very nice but the chairs there are very uncomfortable and do not feel like sitting to look at the sea. On the terrace, very large, there is not really furniture to enjoy and there is only one sun lounger. The apartment was not really clean when we arrived. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the microwave was not clean. Really a pity because it could be a much better accommodation.

Lovely apartment in a great location with amazing views from the huge terrace. Good communication and flexibility from the hosts about arrival time / collecting the keys etc.

Only a tiny thing but there was only one sun lounger on the sun terrace - it would have been better if there was at least one other one as the other options were upright chairs.
