poor facilities, no water/weak pressure, dirty beddings, dirty surroundings, co guest in room switches off aircon without asking roommate.

"OK for a short visit"

Strong WiFi and working. Solid and level mattress. Functional water boiler. Good location to access north harbour area.

Some facilities in questionable condition: Toilet seat really should have a seat instead of pure porcelain. AC useless, not really cooling yet terribly noisy. No major issues but... 10$/day is probably just about fair value for the room i saw.
