Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Check-in is available after 17:00 and check-out is possible until 11:00 for cleaning services. For late check in, please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process. Late check in has a cost of €20 from 7pm to 9pm, and €30 from 9 pm to midnight. Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests who would like an invoice with a tax identification number must request it prior to arrival using the Special Requests box. A security deposit is required upon arrival. For T0-200€, T1-300€, T2-400€, T3-500€. This will be charged by credit card or cash. The refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out if there are no damages or occurrences in the apartment. For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Sheets will be changed once every 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Renovation work of the pool, and courtyard will be carried out from 15/09/2025 to 30/06/2026. The pool is closed from 15/09/2025 to 30/06/2026. The property offers a baby cot from June to September at an extra cost of EUR 5. The baby cot is free of charge the rest of the year. Pets are not allowed in the apartments. The apartments cannot exceed the capacity indicated in the reservation. This property does not accommodate stag or hen parties and similar parties.
