Cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff.

No designated smoking areas; no visible or inadequate notice regarding the use of cabanas, leaving visitors embarrassed when removed by security because they were unaware that cabanas must be booked and paid for. Not much to do for young adults beyond 2 days.

The place is incredibly beautiful, and the atmosphere is amazing, with clean and comfortable bedrooms as well as a cozy lounge. Everything was incredibly convenient and easy to navigate.

When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn't working, which was quite frustrating but luckily she managed to get someone to come fix it. The host could improve the experience by upgrading the kitchen equipment and utensils.
