Well located with an easy walk to Sale town centre. Links to Manchester City Centre were also easy and convenient. Apartment size anf facilities were very good. Plenty of parking space for cars.

Hot Water was only like warm for the shower. Was fine for us in the summer, might be a problem for others in winter.

Excellent, comfortable, clean and perfect for our visit to Manchester. Highly recommend.

Location and apartments were exceptional

I loved the Victorian style décor in the reception area and the modern touch to our room. It had all the amenities and more. It was clean, comfortable and a really great size. The outside garden space was really lovely and there was lots of parking spaces in a secure location. You have plenty of shops, cafe's and restaurants 10 minute walk away in Sale with lots of public transport routes.

If I was to be picky, I would suggest having a more powerful shower and a slightly bigger bed but both were more than enough it just would have been the finishing touch to a great stay.

Everything! So much space and perfect for me visiting my family and coming from Australia and I was able to have them come and visit me, the outdoors were amazing as well. Communication was impeccable, very quick response and I was so impressed with my upgrade when asking for a room as close to the ground as possible.

The door was difficult to open

Location was fantastic, and that with the outside facilities we had made it perfect with the dog. Great parking.
