Bristol Old City Studio

Great location for central Bristol (we were going to the theatre). Comfortable and well equipped (including complimentary ear plugs). As other reviews have said - the location comes at an audible cost - it's right in the middle of a number of bars (which close at 2am). The double glazing does a great job and the noise was mostly a steady background noise which totally stopped my 2.30am and stays quiet well into the morning.

Would have preferred a 11am check out rather than 10am.

Very good facilities, really comfy bed, close to centre.

The noise from outside is very very loud, even though we saw it in reviews it was much louder than expected, even with ear plugs. There is a student bar right opposite with outdoor seating so we could not really sleep until 3am when we heard the staff packing the tables away, and this was a monday night.

the room was nice and clean, nicely situated in the city aswell.

some people might mind but there are plenty of pubs near the flat so it's quite loud but I didn't mind it.

It was spacious, own kitchen bathroom etc, bed was super comfy. Telly storage good facilities The man that showed us in was lovely and accommodating

It’s not that we didn’t like it just a couple of easily solved little things things the bathroom door kept getting stuck we almost got stuck in there 8/9 times between us one or two of the plugs didn’t work not an issue as there was plenty Possibly provide an oven glove or tea towel as is an oven but nothing to take out the oven with we ended up using one of our own towels as I say very easily solved didn’t affect our stay will be back

The layout is good and price is competitive

Dirty facilities, dodgy blinds, no hand wash or sponge to clean plates, out of date biscuits left for customers to eat!!! Smelly not fresh
