-Poor WIFI -A little bit of clean outside entrance hall and general outside areas. -Old smell on the linen and curtains (empty house kinda smell)

Beautiful View, clean unit.

Poor Maintenance of equipment and upkeep. Gas Braai needs maintenance, DSTV not working, Aircon in bedroom not working. No backup power supply.
