This property was booked through booking.com the on arrival they sent us to other property as they had double booked, the next property was so below standards we had to book a second accommodation, not only have booking.com done nothing about this we have also had no refund from the owner avoid this property and company at all cost's

Terrible check in/out process, we arrived to a completely different house than in the listing as there was a problem with the original house so they moved us, but didn’t tell us. They also make you send £200 deposit via bank transfer before releasing the check in instructions to you. No one arrived at check out to inspect the property so we were worried we wouldn’t get the deposit back. (It turned out ok in the end and they did send the money back, but had to have several unnecessary calls with the owners first).

All the facilities and flexibility of a family home. Quiet location but with good road and rail links to the city centre. Off-road parking and easy check-in.

Would prefer mugs instead of tea cups, that's all I would fault.

Easy to locate, with off street parking. The house was tidy, had modern decor, looked smart and everything was clean. It was lovely that there was toilet paper there, as well as sachets of milk, coffee, teabags, salt and pepper meaning we could have a hot drink on arrival and in the morning. Many thanks indeed.

The curtains are a little thin and therefore it was quite light in the morning. The main issue is the noise the upstairs toilet and hot tap make when used. They are very loud and therefore could not be used at night for fear of waking others in the house.

I was asked to pay extra £200 for deposit. They don't accept any other ways only overseas funds transfer. It took me half day to complete the overseas funds transfer before I checked in. Even I reached the house, was not allowed to get the keybox code but only to wait. My family with elders and kids. We had to stayed in the vehicle for 2 hours just in front of the house. Also caused me 10% money loss for overseas banking transaction service fee when got deposit funds back. The room smelt terrible. Could not sleep well.
