GBThe property met all our needs. Home from home feel. Very clean and tidy. Location was great - walking distance great for our 5 year old to where all the entertainment and restaurants.
The stairs of the property which can’t be helped. They were a little worrying as the bedroom with bunk beds is right on top of them. You have to be very cautious with children coming out of that room on their own. Stair gate would be beneficial if taking toddlers.

The stairs were very steep and uncarpeted, perhaps a little dangerous. The blind in the sitting room only covered 3/4 off the window. Not a very pleasant part of Yarmouth.
GBGBThe communications I had with regard to this stay were brilliant. He went above and beyond to save our stay when totally uncontrollable events occurred. Would recommend 100% whether you need a smaller place or a multi room apartment they can help. FANTASTIC
GBVery cosy and stylish little flat, easy access to town centre and big Sainsburys right next to flat. The place was very clean, the Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances which we will need for everyday life. Definitely will return, my 12-year-old son was enjoying his stay.

GBIt was a comfortable place for a quick stopover as we decided to extend our stay last minute and our previous booking did not have availability for another night.
GBGBThe property is situated on a quiet side road and located no more than 10 min walk from the coast. It's clean and well-appointed. Great value for money
The driveway, whilst usable, doesn't have a fully dropped kerb, so I wasn't able to get my low sports car on, but I guess a normal car or suv wouldn't have issues. I was able to park a minute away at the top of the road with no issues.
