The room was nice and the pool was cool

The pool on the balcony was not safe, decking was loose and tiles missing off the pool.

Someone from the hotel Staff came in my room while I was away and took my motorbike keys and helmet. Luckily the rest of my stuff was locked so they didn’t take any other valuables. I complained and they recognised “the mistake” and they returned me the stuff but it took them a few days. On top of that the room smells moldy and the roof top doesn’t have any shadow area.

Staff at reception was not the friendliest , didnt speak English well, although reception had told us, our unit was not part of the hotel and is privately owned. They could had been nicer and more respectful We had lost power during day time almost everyday for several hours. this meant we had no water or could use the shower or bathrooms. Unit didn’t have a dishwasher, this was disappointing. communication was overall poor, during our stay, requested a cleaning, they never showed up, then at the end during check out they said you guys never left key for cleaners to come clean. Unit was missing extra garbage bags and over all cleaning supplies to keep the unit clean. had to chase down reception for more bags. But again this was never communicated to us. Was told at the end, they were very busy and couldn’t respond to us in a timely matter. I think that is unacceptable excuse . Showers were missing shampoo and soap, requested but was never delivered. Although we had communication issues during our stay, I would like to add, we had forgot one of our luggage, once we had left the property, after some communication back and forth, we are thankful that the host helped us get the luggage picked up with DHL.

A little far from the center and the beach. You need a Vespa. Bikes and cars are not worth it at all.

Beautiful place.

Location was nice. Close to restaurants. The condo is beautiful. Comfortable bed, incredible shower! The private pool was clean and my 5 year old loved it.

We travel a lot and use Bookings and Air B&B exclusivity. The apartment is made for two people not three. When I say two people I mean it; two chairs, two forks, two knives…. Etc. it doesn’t have a toaster… so kitchen wise very basic. We feel that in order to fully enjoy this nice apartment there needs to be more love put into it. Comfortable seating would go a long way. It’s all wood and uncomfortable. The bed was the only comfortable spot. The upstairs patio is nice, however, they have a high table and two high chairs…. Again not very user friendly for a place you want to spend your time. In a 8 night stay, Alegria rentals never cleaned the apartment once during our stay and never changed towels and sheets. Alegria was very responsive but not a company I would deal with again.
