It is very rare to find a place that well-equipped. i highly recommend Maya Con Dios Apartment. They are very welcoming and so kind, make you feel like home.

A beautifully spacious and spotlessly clean one bedroom apartment. The entire apartment was so thoughtfully appointed. We stayed for 4 nights, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts are so wonderful. We felt truly welcome. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay for 4 nights in September, the hosts are very friendly and hospitable people, gave us great local recommendations and were ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself is gorgeous, the design is very pretty and cozy, and there is literally everything you could ever need inside. It also comes with a nice table on the upstairs terrace, perfect for our breakfasts. The location is great, there’s a stunning pebble beach within 5 minutes from the apartment, best we’ve seen in Split. The restaurants in the marina nearby also have great food for reasonable price. Overall we’re extremely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend!!

It is a beautiful, comfortable house, Maya puts a wonderful and special taste in each element of her house. The colors of the house are colors of the coast, of tranquility, of joy. It has wide spaces and all the elements for a complete stay, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, laundry room. A very central location, close to everything! I would definitely go back!

Everything was perfect

The property was in a great location. Close to a few beaches and restaurants. It was an easy walk to the city centre.

Maja was so kind and welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay at her place.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but everything else in the apartment was amazing.

The place was beautiful, great location and Maya was an incredibly helpful and welcoming host!! Definitely want to come back in the future.

beautifully designed, cosy and spacious apartment gives me a homey feel. The host lady Maya is welcoming and helpful. She met and greeted me when I arrived and put beers and fruits in the fridge to welcome me on a hot summer day. During my 4 nights stay here I can feel she put lots of efforts and details into this apartment which provided so much comfort and convenience to the guests. the location of this apartment is also great. i walked to the ocean for swimming in the evening just by the next street. it’s a 20mins easy walk to the old town / ferry port (uber from bus station to here is under 5 euro so very affordable too).
