Comfortable town house in Coventry City Centre

The bathroom sink was blocked with gunge and you could not use this, had to use kitchen sink for brushing teeth etc. didn’t bother contacting landlord as they obviously knew this and did nothing prior to use arriving.

Not advertised as student house Sink did not drain

Clean with nice decorations. Reasonably priced.

Only one toilet/shower and it’s very small. Check-in time is late (4pm) while the check out time is very early (10am) (literally you stay 18 ours not full day or at least 22 hours as per international standards). Location is far from the city centre and will need to count for Uber costs.

Only one socket in each bedroom Kitchen worksurface consisted of cut & split stuck on fablon No wine glasses or sharp knives Sofas seating cracked & split under a blanket Shower door had split plastic hanging off at base of shower door Radiator splashed & rusty right next to toilet- very unsightly Cord for light switch dirty & without an ending on it- just grubby cord Garden unkempt with broken furniture & cigarette ends lying around Drawer inside freezer broken & dirty Windows dirty

Easy parking and access to local transport. Overall it was clean for the most part it a little dated in place.

Noise of the extractor fan in the bathroom and the position of the radiator in there.
