Refused stay. After a long day travelling and getting to the hotel at 11pm at night as planned. The hotel refused me and my partner because we were not married. There was nothing online about this when I booked in advance. the man at the reception was rude and would not even look at me or answer me when I told him about this. We were left stranded looking for a place to stay. This is also a big tourist area so there’s no excuse for this behaviour.

O tamanho do quarto era ok e tinha uma varanda, mas odidei todo o resto.

Absolutamente tudo. Estava muito frio, não havia edredom, só umas cobertas no armário, a cama me deixou com coceira. No geral o aspecto do hotel é de um lugar abandonado, a pscina seca, móveis pelos corredores, o chuveiro não aquecia de forma alguma e tudo num aspecto de sujeira. A localização é distante de restaurantes noturnos, fiquei lá no inverno e evitaria a todo custo voltar a esse lugar.

Nothing. The room was very dirty and smelled terrible.

The room was extremely dirty, the bed sheets and pillows smelled bad, and it felt like someone had just slept there. My children were sneezing all night from the smell. The staff were rude and not helpful at all when I asked for assistance or refund. The area was okay but not suitable for families. I had to check out after one night even though I paid for five nights because it was impossible to stay there.

There is no facilities No internet connection or wifi

It wasn't just a disaster, it was an extreme disaster.

Now I understand why you don't have the option to pay online because if you look at the rooms here at this hotel you'll regret staying for a second.
