Gospodarz jest przemiły, uczynny, troskliwy, dba o gości, kontaktowy. Cały obiekt jest bardzo czysty, wszędzie panuje porządek. Śniadania są świeże i smaczne. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Ładne widoki z okna.

Nie było wieszaków do ubrań i ręczników w łazience, ale to drobiazg.
