Dar Arghen Family Lodge

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Dar Arghan Family Lodge! 🌟 Maten var otroligt god – hemlagad, genuin marockansk husmanskost som vi kommer att minnas länge. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, alltid redo att svara på frågor och ordna det vi behövde. De fick oss verkligen att känna oss välkomna och som en del av familjen. Boendet i sig var mysigt och charmigt, med en härlig atmosfär och vacker omgivning. Perfekt efter en dag med vandring i Atlasbergen. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Dar Arghan till alla som vill uppleva äkta gästfrihet, fantastisk mat och ett hem tre dagar hemifrån. 🏔️💙

La vue est vraiment incroyable depuis les 2 chambres qui donnent sur la montagne. Attention la petite chambre bleue n'a pas de fenêtre. Seulement une fenêtre qui donne dans le salon donc pas d'air frais. Car on ne voit pas bien cela sur l'annonce. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, délicieux et complet. Nettoyer le sol serait un gros plus. Car les tapis ne sont jamais secoués dans les chambres. Les chambres sont plus ou moins propres. J'avais remarqué que les draps n'avaient pas été changés entièrement et sentaient l'odeur des passagers d'avant. J'ai demandé à Saïd de les changer et il l'a fait sans soucis. Peut vraiment s'améliorer que la propreté. Tout le reste est merveilleux. Cela reste vraiment merveilleux pour le prix. Certainement mieux que d'autres hôtels aux alentours. Merci à Saïd et à sa famille pour leurs services et gentillesse 🙏🏼

Świetne miejsce – praktycznie od samego początku zaczyna się tu szlak do schroniska pod Toubkalem. Właściciel umożliwił nam odpowiednie przygotowanie do wejścia na trasę. Miła, rodzinna atmosfera

Nice host, amazing services, hot water and breakfast full of local products (amlond paste was superb as well as honey and olives). Host was even so kind that he prepared early breakfast (2 am) as we needed to leave early to the mountain.

NIce accommodation in the charming mountain location.

If you are not really good driver, leave the car little further on the parking place. Driveway is narrow.

L’auberge est situé dans un petit village berbère qui est au dessus de Imlil. Il y a une piste d’environ 1,5km pour accéder au village. L’auberge bénéficie d’une place de stationnement. Un chemin de randonnée pédestre permet d’accéder au village en passant entre des maisons à flanc de montagne.

Logement situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la station grand taxi. L’amabilité de Saïd. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que les plats préparés étaient excellents.

Accès au logement depuis la station de grand taxi est un bon échauffement pour les randonnées alentours. Ne pas prévoir de valises mais plutôt des sacs à dos. Le manque d’un ventilateur dans la chambre.

Everything, exceptional host, excellent breakfast. The location is really nice, when you get there. It may require a car with a bit more ground clearance (but our sandero did it without problems). You could have a feeling as if you would live in Berber village.

Difficult access way The host was helpful to organise a guide to the Jbel Toubkal. But the guide Abdul apparently did not grow to his role. On the day of the summit push he overslept/got sick/he sat too long previous night as we were told by other guides. We waited over one hour, finally we climbed the peak alone without his services. It was not fair!

Siad and his family are so warm and welcoming. My family was absolutely thrilled, from the time they arrived and saw the family guesthouse. We enjoyed the most generous hospitality of Siad. I highly recommend asking him for meals too: the food is amazing. Siad was also kind to arrange other activities and reservations for us. This is the highlight of our trip.

Said treated us wonderfully. He made us great Moroccan food, and welcomed us with tea whenever we got back to the guesthouse. The location is up a little hill but there is an easy footpath, it's like 10 mins from the taxi stand to the house. The view is wonderful. We were there in July and the temperature at night for sleeping was good, even though there isn't A/C. Good airflow through the windows. Recommended!!!
