ITLa casetta è molto carina e ben arredata, completamente messa a nuovo. Vicinissima al centro di Spello e con un parcheggio sottostante. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

The hot water ran out within 5 minutes of taking a shower each time. I told the host at the end of the stay but should have told him when we first found out.

AULarge apartment, close to town. Walk into spello. Yummy restraint next door. Nice patisserie / coffee shops on the other side.
No washing machine. No clothes hoist. Basic utensils - need a sharp knife. No toaster. The area around Spello is very busy and getting very touristy…
USThe property had great parking and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
They had one mini split air conditioner trying to run for two bedrooms which didn’t cool them down in the hot August weather. Otherwise the main are was cooled by one and worked well.
GBA nice apartment with big old fashioned furniture. The balcony is a great place to watch the swifts flying around and a good view of the town of Spello. The location is excellent for exploring Spello, the path into town is literally across the road. The owners are very friendly and it was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped although not the best quality utensils. But it’s a sweet little apartment and I would definitely go back on my next visit to Spello
