Location great, clean and tidy, good communication, was warm and comfortable

The beds where a little low and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable at all but was ok for my 9year old son to sleep on

I would NOT recommend this apartment at all! It was extremely bad!

We where with young childeren, first time to visit London. When we came in the apartment it was not clean at all. There was a really bad smell like mold. When we looked in the kitchen we saw that the mold was even groing in the kitchen cabinets when we opend it. All the crockety where also not clean! Old food stains on the plates and glasses. The kitchen sink was also really dirty.. In the bedding where yellow stains. And when we went to the bathroom, the shower head was really dirty and the mold was also in the bath and on the walls of the bathroom. We where with or young childeren, and booked this apartment but we where totally in shock, and this was absolutely not a safe place to stay here! We leaved the apartment for another hotel. So we had extra cost for our vacation. But unfortunately booking.com didn't hear anything back from this owner. I would not recommend this apartment at all!

The location of the flat was as described. Mattresses comfortable despite height of bed. Living room clean. Keys left in an open window of the bathroom for collection.

All furnishings were very low except the kitchen chairs; as I had restricted mobility during the stay this made things extremely uncomfortable and in the end we left a day early as there was nowhere comfortable to sit - the height of the bed was mid calf. The bathroom was not clean - silverfish in the bath and lots of limescale on the showerhead. Limited cooking utensils available and although there was a new washing sponge there was only a drop of very very diluted washing up liquid which left me suspicious of the cleaning of crockery etc.

The property had a good amount of space, beds were clean and comfortable.

It wasn’t the cleanest place but still did the job.
