It was everything perfect, as you enter to the reception area you smell the cleanliness, beautiful hotel with the best people especially Mrs Marlon the manager was very very helpful and very kind.The chef also and the breakfast was very yummy and a lot of choices..and the receptionists very kind and lovely. Love the stay to this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness and beautiful design to the warm hospitality of the team. The service was excellent: everyone was kind, always ready to help, and greeted us with a smile. Special thanks to Marilyn- Guest Relationship Manager, who was truly amazing, and to the owner of the hotel, who kindly welcomed us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The chef prepared delicious meals, and we really appreciated the comfortable layout of the property, just steps away from the sea and the beach. The hotel also arranged our transfers and gave us great recommendations for visiting the island. Overall, everything was very comfortable, well-organized, and filled with kindness. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

The property is very nice and exactly what we were looking for. It’s very clean, and the restaurant offers a good selection and really delicious food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn’t really enjoy the breakfast as it wasn’t very varied, and sometimes the food didn’t seem very fresh. However, I had the best Greek yogurt I’ve ever tasted. The beach is a bit neglected and not very comfortable, so we ended up spending all our time at the pool. Every morning, I had to reserve sunbeds with towels to avoid ending up on the sofas. The pool itself is nice, but it’s not big enough to accommodate all the guests comfortably

Piscina stupenda, camere veramente belle e appena ristrutturate. Tutto molto confortevole. La gentilezza dello staff non ha eguali. Menzione particolare allo chef che ci ha trattato come se fossimo di famiglia e tutti si sono adoperati per soddisfare al meglio le esigenze dei nostri due gemelli, dai camerieri, a tutto lo staff. Siamo rimasti commossi da tanta premura. Consiglio vivamente il resort per una vacanza in famiglia. Ottimo cibo.

Andrebbe migliorata la spiaggia, investendo in un bar, servizio ai lettini per renderla al pari della piscina. Al momento risulta un po abbandonata ed è un peccato. Maggiore offerta di prodotti dolci a colazione (dove invece prevalgono i prodotti salati) e inserimento di una caffetteria espressa (e non il distributore automatico). Lo stesso per i succhi di frutta.

Room was large and very clean. Comfy bed and plenty of space for storage. Pool area was lovely but spoilt by the DJ. We requested a late check out which was granted until 2pm and much appreciated.

This review is based on the hotels 5* rating and subsequent price. We stayed at multiple hotels on this trip with lower * ratings and prices, with a far superior experience and service. We arrived at 2pm and were told our room would be ready in 5 minutes so to sit in reception. This ended up being closer to 25 minutes so if expectations were properly set we could have explored. Upon getting the key, we were told we had been upgraded to a suite which was appreciated, however the room we were given was right by the pool with no privacy meaning we had to keep shutters closed at all times as others would be able to see in. The other downside of this room was the DJ who played mid-morning until 4pm and then again in the evening until after 11pm (despite being told it should stop at 3pm and then again at 11pm). The pool area looks like it should be a chilled environment as it has comfy sunbeds but the style and volume of the music ruins the ambience and seemed out of place and unnecessary - not the place for a chilled stay. The breakfast was nowhere near what would be expected of a 5* hotel. The food did not seem fresh and the 'fresh fruit' looked days old. There was an omelette counter for 'fresh' omelettes but the chef when asked pointed to some ready made ones and would not make one fresh. The coffee included was from a self serve coffee machine that looked like it was from the 80's. We were told if we wanted a different coffee, including freddo (which is popular in Greece) we would have to wait until 9am and they would be at an additional cost. Across 2 weeks in Greece, we have always had these included in the breakfast. Due to the 5* rating and price we would expect much better breakfast and service, both of these really let down this hotel.

What I was really satisfied about is a pleasant helpful, always responsive staff and clean modern rooms.

The territory of the hotel is rather small and not properly organized and the area around the tennis court tennis, and the path to the sea is not neat as well. The vicinity to the airport is pretty disturbing. The pool area lacks of the shadow due to the non-functional umbrellas which difficult to move. The choice for breakfast is quite poor and doesn’t satisfy five star hotel menu requirements. The beach is in a poor condition, partly abandoned and disorganized without the simple fence to separate the hotel zone and the dirty beach of the neighboring locals. The pier is not long enough to make you comfortably get into the deep water and in general to provide you safe water entering.

L’hotel è dotato di tutti i comfort, con una reception attiva 24 ore su 24 e personale sempre disponibile ad assistere gli ospiti e organizzare trasferimenti. La guest manager è sempre presente per ogni necessità. Gli spazi comuni sono curati e pulitissimi e la piscina dispone di teli mare sempre pronti all’uso. La spiaggia con lettini a disposizione è adiacente alla struttura. C'è un bar/ristorante sempre aperto, prezzi alti, ma in linea con l'hotel. La colazione è ricca e internazionale, con vista suggestiva a bordo piscina. Le camere, impeccabili, offrono, oltre a comodità dei letti e dei servizi, numerosi dettagli di pregio come borsa mare, ciabatte, accappatoio e una completa selezione di prodotti da bagno. Avevamo fatto richiesta di late check out, ma, non essendo questo disponibile, ci è stata data la possibilità di rimanere in hotel fino a sera usufruendo dei numerosi servizi delle zone comuni. Insomma, una bellissima esperienza, speriamo di ritornare!

Purtroppo la musica era presente per quasi tutta la giornata in zona piscina (dove affacciava la nostra camera). Le camere sono insonorizzate, ma purtroppo non c'era assoluto silenzio, soprattutto dopo pranzo. La zona è lontana da tutto, per spostarsi serve necessariamente l'auto. La spiaggia è estremamente ventosa (è un punto dell'isola un po' sfortunato da questo punto di vista) rendendo spesso difficile fare il bagno.

This is a must stay. The resort is so beautiful, somehow better than it looks in the pictures. Half board is a must. Every single meal was exceptional and so much food is served for dinners. We did not have a single meal that we did not enjoy. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and up for a laugh with you. They make every guest feel so welcome and are beyond accomodating. As it is right at the airport, there is a fair amount of noise from the aeroplanes taking off and landing (this didn’t bother us at all) but the resort does provide earplugs for all guests. The resort is so clean and the pool is throughly cleaned each night. On our last day we were looking at changing flights to stay longer as we loved it so much. We can’t wait to come back here soon!

The tap water cannot be consumed, the resort does provide one 1.5L of water per room each day, I feel this should be one bottle per guest, but there are minimarts nearby where you can buy bottles of water for €0.80 so not that big of a deal. If you don’t get half board, there is room service available (or you can order from the menu too at the restaurant) otherwise the closest restaurant is about a 15 minute walk down a road with no footpaths.
