GBGBGorgeus, very unique and spacious house with beuatiful garden and patio in Broadstairs. Decorated with excellent taste and quality, kitchen has the basic but well-functioning appliances. We enjoyed outdoor dinners and breakfasts in the sunshine. Large and comftable bedrooms and bathroom. Nice location with walking distance from Broadstairs, beach and cute St. Peter's village. Sam and Tom were very helpful and welcoming hosts offering all the information needed and many great tips for a holiday in the area. Would recommend for couples, friends and families!

There was a slight smell in the apartment, I believe it's due to the wood of the flooring or something like that. Didn't really bother me though!
GBHouse was clean, lovely decor, supply of milk, coffee, etc was a nice touch. Short walk to the beach
WiFi seemed to cut off beyond midnight on both nights, which rendered the tv unwatchable.
GBHosts Sam and Tom were very responsive. Not only did they share lots of helpful information but they were very accommodating of our requests. The property is lovingly looked after and well presented. It was spacious for our family and better than some hotels we've stayed in.(No dust, limescale or mildew in sight) Great beds and good quality linens. We decided not to drive, but that didn't hinder us. The property is well located for the train and local bus routes. For us it was a great base to explore the rest of Thanet. Additionally we were close enough to the high street and beaches, convenience stores, bakery and pub - should we have wanted. It's going to be one of the most unique properties you've stayed in, don't hesitate to book!

GBGBGBGBThe apartment was superb. Sam and Tom were absolutely fine with my daughter the bride and her bridesmaids getting ready there and the newlyweds were very happy spending they're first married night in the apartment. Decor was amazing.
