"Average, they have come a long way in the past few years."

I have been going here for 33 years now and had to stay across the street a few a years back when it became run-down, dirty and a hotel for oilfield and railroad crews. There are 3 other newer hotels that include breakfast for less within 200 yards. I was pleasantly surprised this time when I was there for the annual 2 day conference at the full remodel in and out, cleanliness of the rooms and amount of staff on hand. The food catered from the hotel is always good and never a let down. The small bar is also nice to have in house. The pillows were great!

The mattress was like a rock, I think the floor was softer. For the price (higher than the Hilton across the street and the Microtel Suites next door that include a good breakfast) the breakfast was poor, no meat or biscuits with gravy and powdered eggs.
