place is incredible and the food is incredible ownderful oasis in oaxaca would def stay again

Unique architecture, friendly staff, surprisingly good restaurant. Eggs Benedict, best I’ve had in a long time.

Neighbor seems to have many dogs that disrupt the peace at times.

Exceptional design, wonderful staff, very calm and relaxing.

Loved everything about it. It is not in the historic center but in a quite neighborhood about 15-20 minutes away.

The food from the hotel restaurant is great

There was some kind of product in the enchantment water. so when you shower or wash your hand there were mini bubbles and a soapy feeling. They also didn't replace the vanity kit in the bathrooms, they didn't replace soap, shampoo, etc. There is no fridge in the rooms

Everything was perfect. The staff are friendly, warm and inviting. They go out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. The food was very good on-site. The hotel helped arrange taxis daily (very very very affordable, don’t let the location intimidate you, it’s about $5 to get downtown), as well as special excursions.
