Cleanness and kindness of Nthabiseng.

The owner of the place is very rude and impatient, there is no customer service at all. The beds were uneven and uncomfortable. The rooms were cold with only one blanket and the shower was cold.

I liked the location of the guesthouse.

I did not like the fact that there wasn't much privacy. Most facilities were not available. The washing machine could not be used and the pool was not working either. There was no breakfast suggested or offered. The bedding was not changed daily I used the same bedding and towels for the entire duration of my stay. The contact number to the guesthouse was for a guest house in kimberley so it was very inconvenient. There was construction of the roof taking place without informing the guests or I wasn't informed. I think a lot of the things I had to ask about but there wasn't really clear communication about many things. The dstv Streaming also didn't work anf the wifi would randomly go off. So the stay was really dissatisfying.

Ceilings from 2 bedrooms were not only leaking but rain was pouring down onto the floor and in one bedroom on the bed.
