This hotel is terrible, The name of this hotel has changed. Also they asked me to pay a deposit outside of the booking.com environment. This is not allowed. When we arrived they had given away our room. No one of the front desk staff would accept any responsibility and help us. The rooms are not as described in the picture. And not the same name.
INLocation, polite and helpful staff, nice and clean reception area
Basic things like water bottle, towels were missing in the room. Had to call for them. Lunch order from the hotel kitchen took 1.5 hours, which is not really acceptable.
ININCockroaches in the room. No sufficient water bottles were provided and charged extra for the water bottle. You have to pay the 2x price from the normal market price.
INStaff were Amazing, helpful and welcoming. I liked all the services provided and the staffs were very friendly and polite.
