large room and big bed

Could hear everyone else in their rooms even at normal sound levels, and there was no hot water when I arrived. Was told that it was a “one off” occurrence, despite that a) not being true and b) not really my problem? Very unaccommodating and I was made to feel that my money was quite literally stolen from me despite the facilities actually being unacceptable and me having to find a last minute hotel that actually had hot water so I could shower after a 25 hour journey australia -> Portugal.
