We had an evening flight and early departure, so we only spent a night here. The apartment is comfortable, clean, with good bedding and towels. The kitchen is not so big, but useful. There is no electric kettle but we managed to boil some water for morning tea. There is a back terrace/no view/ with some armchairs and a washing machine. There are two air conditioners in the big room and in the kitchen. The bathroom is good. I suppose that the manager reads the reviews, because there were a recommendation about additional blankets in earlier reviews - and we had that necessary blanket.

There are two cons for me: - The street is very noisy (but beautiful!), so if you are a light sleeper, take your earplugs with you. - Please, do something with the check in procedure! Install a lockbox for the key near the street door or do something else. I didn't receive any information about the check in beforehand so I had to call the provided phone number. They answered quickly and gave me info about the check in. I travel a lot and prefer apartments - all of them had easier and smoother check in procedure and sent all the information online. Calls are not the preferred method of communication now, especially for guests who don't speak Italian or English well. Good luck!

No check-in info beforehand. You have to do online check-in via a website, but once you complete it it does not say anything about how to get into property. I got to the address, no signs, nothing. I had to call the number from the reservation and they let me into the building remotely by the buzzer and there I could pick up the keys. The whole process was fast and easy, but I wish I had been informed before I spent some time wandering around the address and trying to make a sense of it. Shady tactics - no tourist/city tax communicated on booking (other properties clearly state the tax will be collected onsite and the amount) Kitchen could be better equipped

The bed wasn’t made up, and I had to do it alone but it was okay. Also the room didn’t have toilet paper put I called the host and he brought me immediately. He came also to the room because a misunderstanding happened, he was very cute and polite! The room was really comfortable, close to the city centre and it had many facilities! I would recommend it for sureeee
