Chambre spacieuse, literie confortables et propreté irréprochable. Management très expérimenté et professionnel. Un service 5 étoiles de la part de la responsable Zineb et de ses équipes. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place dans une ambiance familiale. Hôtel très calme loin des tumultes de la ville qui est en pleine rénovation. Située à 2 pas de l'océan et de la plage "Oum Lbouer" . Vous avez aussi la Possibilité de profiter des infrastructures et activités des Hotels Tulum et Bavaro qui font partie du même groupe avec navette à disposition sur demande et organisation possible d'excursions. The hotel is stunning , peaceful, and beautifully maintained. But what truly sets it apart are the people. Rania welcomed me with such warmth and grace that I instantly felt at home. Her kindness made my arrival effortless and uplifting. And throughout my stay, Ikram went above and beyond in every possible way. Attentive, intuitive, and genuinely caring, Ikram brought a human touch that transformed my experience. It wasn’t just service it was true hospitality. I’ll return not just for the hotel, but for the people who made it unforgettable.

Nice and Cosy hotel with very clean rooms with a nice view on the sea. Beautiful sunset on the sea too. The staff is very helpful, generous and friendly. The access to the privileges on the tulum ressort nearby is a plus. Very convenient for kids and babies.
