Area and privacy very quiet. Washer and dryer.

Flights of stairs, TV did not work.

The apartment was very clean and very comfortable! Though there was a full-size kitchen, I did not use it. The TV was of very high quality, with Netflix! The couch was very comfortable, as was the bed. Great bathroom. Even had a washer and dryer! Wonderful place.

Nothing really. Though the host was not on site, communication was easy. Had to drag bags upstairs, but that is what you expect with an apartment, as elevators are not required in buildings three stories or less. So, yeah, everything was fine.

Front office closed and no power in the whole complex. With over 2 million people in Houston without power for days searching for somewhere to stay these people are going to keep a listing up to a property with no power? Horrible! I arrived 15 mins before check in and no less than a dozen other cars full of families showed up right after excited just to have a place to stay. They should be ashamed! Now all of us that booked here are out $100+ until we can get the refund. That could have been some people's last dollar that these crooks took.

Directions were not very clear to the actual location of the apartment. Also the gate code did not work. Had to wait for cars exiting to get in. Apartment was not very clean. Kitchen and living room floors were not swept before we arrived. Carpet in bedroom was not cleaned or vacuumed. The Fridge was not cleaned or wiped out. Living room had just a couch. no coffee or end table. Bedroom had bed and dresser but no night stands next to bed. Bathroom toilet seat broken off hinges and just sitting on the toilet. Bathroom had 2 towels only. No wash clothes, or hand towels. No kleenex. No glasses in kithcen. Looked like someone just moved out and left some stuff behind. Was close to where we were visiting, but that was about it. .

There was no breakfast

Provide at least tea
