The location, the interior of the property, the pool

Could do with a new pool net as it was sometimes hard to clear out the bugs in the morning.

Property overall is very nice.

Mostly the host - he was 1.5 hours late at arrival due to car breakdown (understandable), but then overcharged city tax charging 48 for eight nights when the limit is five nights so it should have been 30, I paid him 50 and had to follow up to get a refund and he gave me 17.70 in coins... Also poor communication after a power cut leaving us with no hot water “all the electricity panels are on” was the full reply, and poor communication when scheduling departure, responding that he would arrive 25 minutes after we said we needed to leave by.. Regarding the property we did have a leaking bathroom sink and were provided a terribly unsafe babies high chair with no usable straps, missing its original base. Otherwise all good - it’s a lovely property

Emplacement calme dans la campagne. Beaucoup de cachet !!! Belle piscine bien entretenue. Décoration originale et très réussie. Literie confortable

L'intérieur de la maison était un peu humide .... manque d'aération ! ceci est peut-être imputable aux épisodes pluvieux de début avril ????

Lovely house in a great location – only 10 minutes from Cisternino with its supermarkets and beautiful old town, and perfectly placed for visiting Locorotondo, Ostuni and Grottaglie. Easy to find with excellent communication from the managers, who quickly provided a parasol when we needed more shade. Ideal for a family.
