La struttura è dotata di un bel giardino con possibilità di parcheggio al costo di 3 euro al giorno. E' una costruzione con muri spessi e avendo le piante intorno ci ha permesso di avere del fresco durante la notte anche se faceva molto caldo: le stanze non hanno il condizionatore ma solo un ventilatore a soffitto. Nasce come studentato, per cui ha a disposizione una cucina in comune ben organizzata, abbiamo anche trovato un ferro da stiro in sala da pranzo.

La porta del bagno non chiudeva bene, e il lavandino faceva fatica a scaricare, abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla Reception, ma essendoci fermati una sola notte, non sappiamo se il problema è poi stato poi risolto.

La estructura del lugar,es hermoso.

No hay aire acondicionado, los ventiladores insuficientes,hace calor,no limpian la habitación ni cambian las toallas.No botan la basura.

"Struttura adeguata"

Struttura pulita, spartana ma comoda. Ben collegata, facilmente raggiungibile e dotata di di parcheggio privato fornito ad un prezzo davvero simbolico. La consiglio vivamente e certamente ci tornerò!

Un unico appunto: nella stanza dove ho soggiornato il comodo bagno privato aveva la doccia con tendina in plastica davvero scomoda. Magari sostituirla con un box rigido....non sarebbe male!!!!
