Location is very near to Indian food restaurent Martabak har. Room size is good. All of staff members is very friendly. Who want to stay here for long time they give special discount and arrengments.

There was no soap in a toilet. Only first day was a warm water on shower (I have been there 3 nights). I asked hotel via booking.com about possibilities late check out. I didn't receive answer.

It was unhygenic, there were pubic hairs on the bedsheet and blankets, cigarette burns and stains, there was a pee smell and a huge mold in the toilet, we booked for 2 nights and only decided to stay for only 1 night because it was unbearable dirty, despite our valid complain the receptionist and owner refuse to give us a refund for the second night that we decided not to stay, they even refuse booking.com's request, horrrible experience, would never try again
