Lush Hills by Benchmark

Place is good. Rooms are clean. Property is in good location. Staff are friendly.

It is better if it has restaurant. If they provode kettle and milk, tea, coffee powders in room it would be much better.

Location is ten on ten - Serene, peaceful. Facility was clean, good staff/service. We lost our way as it was completely dark but the staff guided us on call perfectly. Swimming pool is good too. Rooms were good bit of moulds but not so much of a concern.

Breakfast was average. 8:30am is what they told but by the time they serve, it is almost 9. Taste wise, first day was good but second day not so good to our taste.

The breakfast was very tasty. The location is very scenic. The pool was very clean. The staff were very helpful.

Lunch and dinner need to be ordered from any outside restaurant. Would have been great if lunch and dinner were also provided.

Room view was mesmerizing.

Dinner was not there and shower tap was loose.

The infinity pool is so atmospheric and serene. The wildlife i.e. birds and monkeys and flora are so beautiful to watch and enjoy. There's a viewpoint nearby within walking distance with views over a tea plantation. The views from the top floor of the holiday villa are spectacular. You need to be prepared to order Zomato for food if you don't have a car - there are 3 or 4 options which are okay.

The air-conditioning can be improved as it wasn't cool enough for us to sleep under the covers - we were too hot a night despite it being on. Breakfast could be more flexible as we missed it on our last morning even though we left at 8:15am. They allow large groups of young Indians to stay and which leads to excessive late night drinking and noise until the early hours. We were disappointed as we'd come here for rest and relaxation yet were kept up til after 2am with the incessant drunken chatter. I guess it's just the luck of the draw when it comes to other guests.
