We stayed here 3 nights. For our first night, we were given a somewhat old room or that what it felt like in it. We weren't able to sleep due to the smell. It smelled of mold or when you open a really old cabinet with old clothes and stuff. It felt a little suffocating. 2nd night we were moved to a better room. A lot better. It was comfortable and felt newer. The problem we all had in all our rooms was the almost non existent water pressure. With the staff, only the one guy was accommodating. The other staff members who were women seemed like they didn't want to be there. This was the one thing that we couldn't wrap our heads around since Filipinos, especially in this line of work, are known for their hospitality and friendliness. We still spoke with them politely, but they just didn't seem to care. Worth noting though, that the man who was very nice and kind to us was very friendly which made us extra patient on interacting with the other ones. 3 nights and the rooms weren't cleaned once. To be fair, maybe we should have asked. Still had to be said though. There was free unlimited coffee all day! There were a lot of mosquitos so bring a repellent spray

Die erste Nacht hat man uns für ein DormRoom 3500 abgenommen. Es war an dem Tag Engpass an Unterkünften.

Le personnel m’a énormément aidé à résoudre plusieurs problèmes bon petit déjeuner grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bain

L’hôtel est situé dans un environnement « nature » ce qui est très agréable notamment pour le petit déjeuner dehors le matin. Le monsieur de l’hôtel est vraiment très gentil et disponible.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais la dame qui s’en occupe n’est pas capable de respecter l’horaire qu’elle même nous demande la veille. Il y a environ 30min ou plus de délai pour avoir le petit déjeuner par rapport a l’heure où qu’on lui a demandé … nous avons donc raté notre bus. Merci.
