GBPropert is at very good location, and they are very hospitable, I reached a bit early there still they let me check in, staffs are very polite and helpfull, shout out to Suraj, Mohit and others for making our trip memorable.

Bathroom was not clear
AUI was refused rooms for confirmed booking that I booked on line about 10 days ago, on reaching they refused saying they sent me message to cancel. Cancellation request was sent on 3 march just 1 day before the arrival date. I faced a lot of difficulty to find alternative hotel along with family and other guests. No one apologised or accepted their mistake of their overbooking. I had loss of money, time and mental stress. It was an unacceptable behaviour and practice in hotel industry. this type of habit should be discouraged and financial penalty or compensation to the clients should be considered. No professional ethics or etiquette was shown by the property manager.
