The location is quite nice, metro is near by, several shops and a mall, McDonald's and other food alternatives, exchange services with reasonable rates. Staff was nice and friendly. Some rooms are quite spacious, but there are things which could be improved. Upon arrival you have toilet paper, trash bags, few soaps, it is a "welcome" kit, but you need to buy if you need more. It seemed quite reasonable to me. WiFi worked fine.

First of all, I have spent the whole evening trying to find an accommodation with two bathrooms. Upon arrival it turned out that it was not ready and quite dirty. And we were offered an alternative with one bathroom, for 6 people. Ok, could have been worse, as well as could have been better. There are other points. Bare in mind there are almost no windows, either they are rather small or shattered. So I had an impression that we lived in a closed box. As our stay was for a week, hm, not the ideal situation. Hopefully, there is a cute garden around the place. Then, the floor in the kitchen and bathroom is slippery, and there were few hazardous situations. In the bathroom instead of a mirror, there are taped wires. not enough space in the small room, no wardrobe just a little space to hang clothes. I didn't stay in Tbilisi before, so don't know the situation on the renting market. Maybe this accommodation is fine in comparison with others...
