Stayed here for 2 nights. The studio apartment was clean. I was welcomed with a fresh and soothing smell upon entering the apartment. The apartment came with a simple kitchen where you can cook simple meal. The host provided simple pots n pans to cook on the electrical stove. A rice cooker was also provided. Nevertheless, I decided to order grab food instead. There are also a mamak restaurant, Richiamo coffee, speedmart at Level 1 of the building. I like the overall layout of the unit. The toilet is clean. The unit seems new and well maintained. There are 2 swimming pools, 1 for kids and 1 for adults. My kids love the pool. There is a gym too.

I was not keen to the idea of rm100 security deposit that I have to pay seperately from the payment I have initially made via booking.com as I find it such a hassle to do so. Looking for the car park n the unit caused me a bit of confusion at first since I was not familiar with the building. The picture in booking.com is a bit different than the actual unit.
