"Fairly decent - some pros and a lot of cons."

Decent location. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Easy access on arrival.

The common areas are run down. Not close to any stores, should etc. No parking (if needed). Noisy - there was a loud student party right next door; a fair amount of traffic noise ; noise from a generator (or some sort of machinery) 24 hours a day.

"I had a relaxing time overall, and also got a lot of work done on my laptop at the desk!"

Proximity to UW campus and my daughter’s dorm.

The sound from the hallway and other rooms/toilets carry through the walls. I was worried about disturbing others as I was waking up early or going to bed late.

"pretty good, very expensive and was overcharged"

was charged two cleaning fees and was not offered any type of refund when i brought up the issue to the host.
