L’odeur d’égouts dans la chambre, pas d’eau chaude ( faut les appeler à chaque fois ), un seul fer à repasser pour tout l’hôtel et les prises sont très mal placées.

Ahmed, the night audit guy, was great, very professional and fast with issuing the invoice. Actually, he is the best receptionist I've met. I wish others were similarly professional. The best thing about the place is the proximity to the main train station. Great for 1 night

The other two receptionists I met were not able to reply to basic questions. Plus, the internet in the hotel is very poor (it sort of works only at the lobby). Plus, there is not even a cup in the bedroom + no water provided, which is weird for Tanger since their water is not the best.
